Clicking on an entry opens the corresponding page in a new window / tab. This page also contains a list of all available short URLs. Short URLs make it much easier to enter a link if you want to call it directly. For example, the URL "https://certus.in/site/pages/cia-en/about/about-more/domains-en.cia" becomes "https://certus.in/go/domains", or lets say the page "Domains" is also accessible via the shorter spelling. Clicking on an entry opens the corresponding page in a new window / tab. In contrast to the simple version of the sitemap, all available pages and subpages are displayed on this page, without taking into account their language setting.
